Frequent measurements and reviews of performance are essential for
achieving continuous improvement. We have developed a systematic
approach based on the use of key performance indicators to track and
quantify the main components in our HSE&Q results.
These
indicators are chosen in close cooperation with customers. In our view,
they provide an excellent evaluation of service quality. Through
continuous monitoring and responsive measures, we aim to reduce the risk
of potential losses from accidents, discharges/emissions and poor
operational performance.
